I love to delve into an audience’s mind and discover what makes them tick: What barriers are they experiencing? What is their perception of your brand? What job are they (really) hiring you to do? How have they responded to your brand (or not) in the past? Throw in my fascination with behavioral economics, and every project — no matter how simple or complex — becomes a delightful puzzle to communicate with people in a way that successfully encourages them to act and repeatedly engage with your brand.
